Guard Forms & Resources

2025-26 forms are here! These were passed out at the end of the school year and are due the first week of Band Camp (or sooner!).

• Complete GUARD FORMS PACKET — contains the Welcome Letter, Guard Handbook, Size & Order Sheet, and Acknowledgement Form AND links to the required GOOGLE FORM, the Guard BAND app, and the Guard REMIND. Please read everything, and fill out and RETURN the Size & Order Sheet, Equipment form, and Acknowledgement Form.

• Online Registration 2025-2026 (Google Form) –  REQUIRED. This data is gathered through a Google Form and is used to generate Field Trip Waiver, Student Insurance Affidavit and Medical Authorization.  It is for ALL music students.  NOTE:  You only need to update it ONCE per year (unless your information changes), even if you are in multiple music classes.
