2025-26 forms are here! These were passed out at the end of the school year and are due the first week of Band Camp (or sooner!).
Complete MARCHING BAND FORMS PACKET – contains the following:
1. Online Registration 2025-2026 (Google Form) link – FORM REQUIRED. This data is gathered through a Google Form and is used to generate Field Trip Waiver, Student Insurance Affidavit and Medical Authorization. It is for ALL music students. NOTE: You only need to update it ONCE per year (unless your information changes), even if you are in multiple music classes.
2. Instrumental CVHS BAND Handbook 2025-26 (Band version!) Class rules! Read and keep for reference!
2a. – Acknowledgment of Student Handbook Guidelines – REQUIRED. Parents and students need to print, sign and turn in to Mr. Schick as proof you have read, understand, and will follow the guidelines stated in the handbook.
3. MB SIZES & ORDERS FORM-2025-26 (Band version!) Fill in and return.
4. Instrument & Equipment Use Form 2025-26 For anyone using ANY school-issued instrument or equipment, including Wind Instruments, Percussion, and Guard. Print, fill out, and bring to Mr. Schick at CV to pick up an instrument.
5. Equipment & Locker Form – please print, fill out, and turn in. This provides information to our Equipment Crew to assign Instruments and Lockers.
7. Uniform Policy – for our new uniforms!
8. Band’s “BAND” App – https://tinyurl.com/Band25-BAND-App – Communication tool for ALL classes (not just Marching Band!) Each music class has its own BAND App. For site security, we require that you sign up using your REAL first and last name! If a student, please include instrument. If a parent, please include your student’s name.
9. Band’s “REMIND” app link – https://www.remind.com/join/27c88b or text @27c88b to the number 81010 – for flash updates. Goes directly to a text message on your phone.
10. OPTIONAL ORDER FORM!- For sweatshirts & windbreakers, extra show shirts, polos, or hats!
11. Fall Semester Band CALENDAR – REVISED of rehearsals and Events – Post this on your frig and enter it into your personal and family calendar!
11. Music Page – Music is found on a Google Drive link in the Marching Band Band App. Students must use their student accounts to access music. Join the Band App.

DRESS REQUIREMENTS FOR MARCHING BAND:
For HOME Football Game Days:
At school: Wear Band or Guard polo shirts during the day. It does not matter what kind of shoes or pants are worn as long as students wear their Band or Guard polo shirts.
At the game: Wear clean rehearsal or plain t-shirt and shorts for underneath (NO bulky shorts or jeans). Bring clean gloves (or wristbands if Drum Line/FE), black socks, clean black shoes, hair “hat-ready”.
For AWAY Football Game Days:
At school: Wear show shirt during the day. It does not matter what kind of shoes or pants are worn as long as students wear their music show shirts.
At the game: Polo Shirt / Away Game Uniform. Band logo‐navy polo, clean long dark jeans (no holes, fraying or sagging), white tennis shoes. CV or plain navy outerwear if cold.
For Competitions: Wear rehearsal shirt under uniform and show shirt during award ceremony.
